Chef David

Chef David George Husereau is a classically trained chef that has owned and operated highly successful restaurants around the world. Some in beautiful places such as Maui Hawaii, Jasper Alberta, Banff and others in not so glamorous areas such as Fort McMurray Canada. Chef opened his first restaurant at 22 years of age called Fiddle River Seafood Co. and has been involved in the restaurant business ever since. His menus and restaurants have been featured in The New York Times, Business Insider, Conde Naste Traveller, The San Fransisco Chronicle, and Frommers. Chef Husereau has also made numerous television appearances on the Food Network, CMT, and Spike TV just to name a few.
